A: We take customer after care very seriously and this is where we differ from many salons. If you are experiencing problems you can ring us at any time and we will give you advice over the telephone or we can arrange for you to pop back. Typically, we would ask you some questions regarding your maintenance routine and can then diagnose your problem and advise accordingly. We do offer a comprehensive guide to maintaining your extensions to take with you when you leave and of course will answer any questions whilst they are being applied.
