Try to wash your extensions in the shower otherwise you could experience double backing in the sink and result in tangled ends.
Always brush through first remembering to hold the extension hair to support it. Failure to do this will put your own hair under unnecessary strain. If tangled hair becomes wet it is very difficult to remove these tangles.
Use only products that have been recommended to you by us and always dilute the shampoo in a cup first before applying to the head. Wash thoroughly paying attention to the nape.
NEVER rub or massage the hair. Stroke the suds down the hair and repeat if necessary. Rinse thoroughly, if you experience itching scalp you have not rinsed properly. Apply recommended conditioner, run your fingers through the hair and rinse. Go through the extensions to make sure none are stuck together.
Pat with a towel, NEVER RUB. European hair looks great even when you leave it to dry on its own, but you can style it in many ways. Do not attempt to style from soaking wet, dry off first.
