Extensions feel tight - This should wear off in a few days; as we apply them very close to your scalp a certain amount of tightness is expected. They will move down with your own hair growth so the tightness should go.
Scalp feels itchy - Again, this is to be expected so don't worry. It will wear off as they move down with your natural hair growth. You can take an anti-histamine tablet to relieve the symptoms. If it persists then call us.
I am losing bonds - As a rule you should not lose any bonds - 1 to 4 is ok but if you are losing many more than this (20 a day) then please call us.
The extensions do not damage your own hair, in extreme cases (2 in 400) excess tightness i.e. wearing it tied back too tightly has resulted in the hair being pulled out.
1 in 100 has experienced loss of hair due to the fact that the hair on the scalp was too weak to support the weight of the extensions and has slight (very slight) hair loss. Unfortunately this cannot be determined until you wear extensions, and again we must stress this is an extreme case.
